Q: i have a honda civic 96. 120 k miles. i want to drive from pennyslavani to san antonio.?

A: My mom still drives her '85 Accord all the time with no problems. Hondas are great cars. Don't worry about it. Your tires are only 2 years old? That's basically new in my book. I drove a car 800 miles on 26 year old tires once, and didn't have a problem.

A: Personally I would buy a Yu-Go, but thats just me. Honda Civics are too overrated. Wouldn't you rather drive something that you can fit in the palm of your hand?

i have a 2002 honda civic ex... and it has over 180000 miles and i was driving from like san antonio to san marcus and as i was driving back it started slowing down and my check engine light went off and i has to coast it to napa which was a couple miles away thank god they told me some problems with it but idk im scared what should i do?

Q: 1998 Honda Civic won't start?
Here are the details. I hear something about a main relay going bad or something when it is hot. Yesterday was a hot day. Though I am not sure if it is a relay problem. Here is what happens: 1. Put key in ignition, turn key. All lights come on fine. 2. Check headlights, they are bright. 3. Turn key to start. Nothing but a loud CLICK coming from what I think is the starter. Nothing more happens. If I hold the key in the start position, the lights dim just a little as you'd expect, and is clearly not the battery. I need to figure this out TODAY. I have to go to San Antonio tomorrow. Any help is appreciated.

A: Go buy a new starter. The brushes are worn out.

Q: Is there really a difference between $100 and $500 tires?
Im going to upgrade my rims on my 2008 Honda Accord from the stock 17" to 19". I have to buy new tires. I live in San Antonio so only "summer" type driving all year. There are $29 tires all the way up to $900 tires. Is there really a difference or can I just get mid level ones for $100 a piece.

A: There's no such thing as a 19" tire for $29. There probably isn't anything for $100 either. Is there a difference between cheapies and high quality tires? Abso-freakin lutely! I drive a dozen different cars every day and I can always tell when I'm in one that has cheap hoops on it. Remember that tires do more to determine how a car drives than any other single item. If your going super low profile like you plan on doing quality matters even more.

Q: best way or place in SA, TX to trade a car with negative equity putting the least equity into the car note?
i tried to get a new car but when i tried to trade in my car i was low balled. what can i do or where is the best place in San Antonio TX to trade my car and get the most money for it so i don't have so much negative equity to add to the car note? i have a '03 honda accord w/ 53000 miles good to great condition and was offered $12500, still owe $14400.

A: The fairest place I know is CarMax on 410 near the airport. They give fair and honest appraisals of your vehicle and they will offer to buy it even if you don't buy a car from them. There is also one called Drivetime that I think is setup the same way.

I'm Kinda leaning toward the Honda Coupe I think it looks most aggressive. The Nissan looks pretty sporty also but I think it looks a little to small for a 16 year old guy. The pontiac g6 convertible is a cool hardtop convertible. I looked at all of them yesterday. The Nissan gets 23 city/32 Highway, The Honda gets 22 City/31 Highway. The pontiac get TERRIBLE MILEAGE. 15 city/22 Highway. Its a sedan too but I live in San Antonio gas is $1.75 right now her so not really a big deal. But What would you suggest? A: none of the above MIni Cooper or the mazda miata it's 50/50 weight distribution makes it handle really well the Mini with the S package is a fun drive b4 you buy any of those cars you like check your insurance co for rates.

A: Honda Accord Coupe is my first choice, more performance and features than the Nissan. The pontiac is my last choice, its kinda girly in my opinion, and performance wise, its not too good. I've sat in one, and I'm not the tallest person, and all I see is the pillar for the windshield in front of me. But other than that its a cool car. The Honda and Nissan are so alike, but the Honda beats it in features, style, safety (not sure about safety, but they should be about the same)
