i will be aditioning for ford models so i will need to be near the studio which is 111 5th Avenue (btw 18-19) 9th Floor new york NY... i will be going on my own so that might make it a bit cheaper but any cheap hotels would be great but it has to be near the studio or even a (cheap flat, appartment or stuido flat would be OK)...airport aswell..i am completley clueless otherwise thanx
A: If you want to model take some cheap easy photos of yourself. Don't pay anybody!!! very little makeup, no glamor shots, those they probably throw away. They want to see you as you are.
A head shot and a full body shot. NOT nude. tee shirt or tank top and shorts would probably be best, no baggy clothes.
If you're over 6 feet tall, don't know what that is in milli meters.
And if your rail thin you might have a chance.
I know an ex Ford model, she's over 6'1" tall and has very strong cut features on her face.
Take those pictures and send them to local modeling agencies and see what they say too.
If you tell them your height is at that magic number and your weight is too, they might perkup and pay attention. Looks are not as big a factor as everybody thinks. It has more to do with how you photograph and how well you look in those horrible clothes designers make.
You can't fool the pros, they know when they have the goods, they are professionals. Don't try to fool them with glamor shots you paid for, it won't fool them and you wasted your money.

A: I don't think so. I was in school when Nixon died in April of 94 and I still had to go to school. I don't think any schools canceled when Kennedy was assassinated.
I do know that non-essential federal offices will be closed and that includes my sister's office at the DoD.

A: Buffalo - Buffalo Naval Park - The S.S. The Sullivans - This ship was named after the five Sullivan brothers who were killed in WWII on the same destroyer. Caretakers have all had experiences aboard the ship including lights turning on and off. Doors are locked at night with the caretaker having the only key and the doors will be unlocked the next day. The keys have been changed frequently.
Buffalo - Buffalo Psychiatric Center - This foreboding castle-like structure is located on Forest Avenue and dates back two centuries. The facilities have long since been shut down, but the mental incurables still haunt the place. Underground catacombs still contain equipment used in the unorthodox methods believed to make these poor souls right. Back in those days, mental patients were subject to unusual and cruel treatments.
