A: Find a dealer who will consign it. Sell it for you and take a commission from the sale. But you gotta have the title in your hand. If you don't hold the title no auction will touch it.

i am selling a system originally made for a 01 dodge durango. it was very expensive. the main thing is two 1500 watt 10" woofers in a custom box with glass mirrors and neons. the box alone was 600 just to make. i am throwing in two 1 farad capacitors a 4 channel audiobahn amp and some spare wires and rca's and a distribution block and fuse holders.(whatever i have). I'll even throw in a jl audio w3 woofer. i want 500 or best offer. you have to see the box to appreciate it. its a high quality box. none of this equiptment was stolen. email me for pics and more info. make sure you put a clear subject to get through junk mail.

I live near West Hollywood and am tired of dodging traffic and intersections when I go out to jog. Where is a good place to go jogging? The beach is too far. Thanks for your input. I heard there is a place to jog around Griffith Park but I can't find it. The winding roads going up to the observatory mostly have no shoulder so I don't want to get hit by traffic going up the hill. Thanks anyways. Where in Brentwood?

Q: does any one know the towing capacity of a 1994 dodge dakota?
I need to tow my 1972 chevelle back home to new hampshire I am in los angeles, ca now and I need to know if my truck can tow it the car is about 3,669 pounds the truck I'd be using is a 1994 dodge dakota 4x4 with a v6 engine not sure of the size but it is a v6

A: With the V-6 the Dakota will pull the weght of the car plus a trailor, just barely. So make sure that your cooling system is in perfect condition and that you shut off the air going up a hill. What you should be more worried about is weather or not your truck will stop what you are towing. That trailor with the Chevelle will weigh as much or more than the truck. I would make sure your trailor has its own brake system. If you get going down a good hill and need to stop with only your truck brakes you are going to be in deep trouble quickly.

Q: do dodge vipers come in an automatic transmission?
Los Angeles traffic isnt built for a manual tranny.. what are some great automatic sports cars.. los angeles traffic gets to me thats why i do not want a manual tranny.. imagine trying to hold that clutch in on the 210 from long beack to the 5 towards sacramento everyday..id have calfs of steel!.. anyways.. alot of great cars like the corvette, mustang, come in autos does the viper?.. and does the zo6 come in a auto?

A: Others have already said the Viper doesn't, and indeed, it doesn't. If you want an auto, the new C6 Corvette has an improved automatic transmission with new shift algorythems for sportier performance. And I don't think you can get the ZO6 with an Auto. Try the BMW M5 with it's 5 liter, 500-horse V-10, with a 7-speed clutchless paddleshift gearbox, or the 660ci, with it's massive V-8 (or lookout for the upcoming 500-hp V-10 M6 with a carbon fiber roof!). There are plenty of high-powered exotics with automatic transmission, although most are now "sequential" gearboxes that just don't have a person-operated clutch. The Maserati V8 Coupe is a nice ride, available with an auto, but not as fast as a Viper or Vette. Mercedes has an SL65 AMG with a hand-built 6.5L twin-turbo V-12 with over 600-bhp, too. Go European, and the options are endless.

Q: Why won't my 1982 Dodge Van start after a possible incorrect battery jump?
I bought the van last summer and had it immediately tuned up/checked until I was sure it was road ready. I drove it from Montana to Los Angeles and back and had no problems. Made another trip to Seattle from Montana and back and still no problems. Here is where diagnosis might come in. I parked the van in September 2007 and it sat untouched until June 2008. I had to jump the battery, but then it was running fine. One night, I went to turn on the brights and the cd player shut down and the lights (interior and exterior) were visibly darker. It was apparent that there was not enough power going to some aspects of the van, but it still was running fine. One day I went to start it up and the battery was dead. I went to jump it, and sparks flew out from the positive terminal on the van and the clamp became welded to the battery. My first assumption was that the van was shot, but I turned over the key and it fired right up, so I drove it home. Now it's dead. Any help?

Q: Looking for a beach side university in a medium sized town.?
Hello. I have hit a snag in my life and want to make some changes. I am currently enrolled in college at a private university in southern West Virginia, but want to "get out of dodge" so to speak as soon as this coming semester. I want to find a college anywhere in the entire world (I'm not opposed to studying abroad) to finish my degree at. I want it to be on a beach though, as it's been a desire of mine for a while to live the beach life. I also don't want it to be a huge city like Los Angeles, etc. I do, however, want it to be an accredited university, not just some community college. Anyone have any suggestions?

A: My town of Wilmington, NC has the University of NC at Wilmington...we are right on the Atlantic ocean...and the Cape Fear River and Intercoastal Waterway...not a big town, not a little town...really beautiful area...

Q: What do I do? Court serving on child support?
I'm filing for sole custody and child support for my baby girl. People that have gone through this, please tell me what will happen? The case is already opened with the "To establich parental relationship" documents and we have a dna test proving he is the father. We are in Los Angeles, California. Court hearing is next month and now I have to serve him with the "Order to show cause" paperwork. Sheriff's dept has tried 3x's and he is dodging them, so it seems. They are going to try again one more time than I will have to have him personally served by a friend - not me. He needs these papers because it has the court date and has to be served by law 9 days before the court days. If he isn't served and tries to tell the court he didn't know about it or make me look bad, can he do that? He is also threatening to use harassment against me. Actually he is harassing me and giving me havoc. He knows I'm not going to pursue harassment charges on him because it's petty bs but can he?

A: For u to get these papers u had to go through a lawyer, if the Sheriff dept. can't serve him tell your lawyer to do it that's what u pay for.

Why do some teams, when they move, retain the same nickname despite how ridiculous it sounds in the context of their new home? Some examples: The Atlanta Flames were named for the burning flames during Sherman's March in the Civil War. Yeah, that nickname really is fitting in Calgary. The New Orleans Jazz was a great name because New Orleans is the home of jazz. Jazz must also be big in Salt Lake City, right? The Minneapolis Lakers were born in the land of 1,000 lakes. Umm, plenty of lakes in Los Angeles too, right? The Brooklyn Dodgers were named because fans had to dodge the trolley cars in Brooklyn on the way to Ebbits Field. Have you counted how many trolleys there are in Chavez Ravine? At least some teams did the smart thing when they moved. I think the Colorado Nordiques and the Carolina Whalers would sound pretty dumb, though the Phoenix Jets would fit okay. And the Washington baseball team is far better as the Nationals than "Les Expos". Agreed?

I'm looking to get a little car for my 18 year old son. He's soon to graduate from high school and he's excelled through high school with 4.00gpa at least once a year the other GPA's been very good as well. We're moving to Los Angeles soon and I don't want him taking the public transportation to get loss in LA. So how are the cars Suzuki Forenza Dodge Caliber and the new Toyota Corolla? Oh also Saturn Astra?

A: Out of all those cars, the corolla is the most fuel efficient. I've had an '03 Corolla, and it's been wonderful, never broken down and does GREAT gas mileage. LA is known for traffic congestion, so you might want to take that into consideration.

The Gillett-Evernham operation has been Dodge's chief engineering arm in NASCAR, but Penske may now get that nod, and become the engine supplier to teams like the Pettys. Penske already leases Dodge engines to Robby Gordon. A: Excellent move by NASCAR. There doing what they should. Even though he's a minority owner now, Evernham brought Dodge back to Cup. More importantly, NASCAR knows it has to keep the manufacturer's diverse. In other words, nobody wants to see 43 Toyota's on the track. The Penske thing is too contradicting to think about right now.
