A: I'd say there were probably 50 in houston, of those 50, about 25 - 30 are probably in a junkyard with so much cancer no one will touch them. 12 to 15 could be restored for 20 grand or more investment, and the other 5 the owners prob wont part with. Check ebay and hemmings motor news .com. Goats are about as rare as Mopars, so good luck. AT least you have taste though! I wouldn't own a gaystang, or a crapmaro if you paid me. Maybe a GSX or 442.

A: Ahhh, the Smokey and the Bandit car. Be sure you specify the T/A 6.6 or the 6.6 litre engine. It is written on the hood scoop (shaker). Be sure to look at the label under the hood as well. The T/A 6.6 is the Pontiac engine, which was far superior to the other 6.6 litre, which was an Oldsmobile 403. I graduated high school in '78, and three friends of mine either had that car or got one for graduation. Me, I drove a '69 Marquis with a 429 4bbl back then. I haven't seen one in the Houston area in years. They weren't the best quality of manufacture. A: They held Wrestlemania 17 (which many regard as the best Wrestlemania) and had an attendance of close to 70,000 which made for an electric atmosphere. They wouldn't be able to get those numbers in the garden of the Silver Dome. I think they've always planned on having another mania there down the line and why not the 25th. A: yeah i would check out junk yards, and fin dsome firebirds, and swap the engine. this will most likely be the most affordable way.

A: You can rent them its just that most pedestrian car rental places don't want the liability of them since you'll do 50 ft burnouts since you paid for the extra insurance. I've seen them rented in Vegas, and in Costa Mesa where the market will support them high cost of liability.

I Dont Know about that I've heard Las Vegas, Atlanta (Georgia Dome), I've hear Miami, and also Houston Texas. WrestleMania now is mostly held in huge Staduims...meaning that the staduim most hold at atleast 50,000 people. Just look at the history of WrestleMania. They dont wanna have it in Madison Square Garden anymore because its small it can only hold 20,000 people even though its a historic arena. WrestleMania 24, Citrus Bowl, Orlando 75,000 WrestleMania 23, Ford Field, Detroit, 80,103 WrestleMania 19, Safesco Field, Seattle 54,097 WrestleMania 18, SkyDome, Toronto 68,237 WrestleMania 17, Reliant Astrodome,Houston 67,925 WrestleMania 3, Pontiac Silverdome, Michigan 93,173 I can pretty much sure itll be anywhere but texas. I got tickets to this years WrestleMania 24. Either way i got family in texas so ill be going again.

Hi people, I will be traveling to the U.S. shortly from Australia, and I am interested in getting a pre-1980 American Muscle Car to do some of the travel leg with then import back to Australia. I need your help as this will be the first serious holiday I will be taking to the states :) I am specifically interested in 'classic' muscle cars (Chevy / Plymouth / Ford / Dodge / Pontiac / etc etc..). I'll be looking to spend around the 10-15K mark. I will be visiting: Vegas. Phoenix and Tucson, Arizona. San Antonio and Houston, Texas. Mobile, Birmingham and Huntsville, Alabama. Macon and Atlanta, Georgia. Memphis and Nashville, Tennessee. And the state of North Carolina. And ending my trip in NYC. Any ideas of where i can look, In terms of websites and areas for cars? Links to websites would be an awesome place to start. I know my budget puts me out of reach with the rare classics such as the Charger... So be creative with my budget in mind with your suggestions. Q: Two different tire sizes on fwd grand prix r60 r65?
Hello, I just noticed on of my tires were going flat so i took it to the tireshop. It had a screw in it but it was very worn also so i had it replaced. The guy said he didnt have any of my tire size (r65) so he gave me a r60 and told me to come back next week and he would give me a r65. (its a used tire shop). So if im using a front wheel drive 1996 pontiac grand prix and one of my tires in the front is r65 and the other is r60 (left side) do you think it will cause problems in one week? I wouldnt worry about it much but i drive 2 hours 4 days a week, (to houston) 45miles to school and 45 miles back home. Thanks in advance. A: The 1996 Grand Prix GT uses a P225/60R16 97H tire size. The SE base model uses a P205/70R15 95S The SE with 16" wheel package uses a P215/60R16 94S The SE with performance pacakge uses a P225/60R16 97S Notice there are no "65-series" tires on this list because your car does not use them. These tire sizes represent 3 of the top 10 selling tire sizes in the world (out of over 1,700) so for a shop to say they don't have the right size is unbelievable and for them to put an incorrect tire on is astounding beyond words! Incorrect tires sizes can effect handling and stability, upset the function of ABS and traction control systems and may even cause driveline damage. Open your drivers door and look at the vehicle information tag to see which tire size was fitted to your vehicle as original equipment. It will be one of those I listed above. Then check each tire to see what size they are. Any that are not the correct size/don't match the others should be removed and replaced by tires of the proper size. RMA guidelines specifically rule out applying mismatched tire sizes to a FWD vehicle unless the vehicle manufacturer says it is OK, and in this case they don't.
