(I believe the EX civics?) anyway, find the specific model, and then just go online and find junk yards who specialize in foreign cars.. they are ALL OVER THE PLACE, and most subscribe to an inventory system that gives them nationwide access to inventory.

A: Honda has never offered customer rebates. When they do offer incentives they usually reduce the cost of financing through American Honda Finance. At current the only reduced finance programs they have are on Acura vehicles--on the 2007 MDX and on the 2008 RDX with special financing between 2.9-4.5%
Another common incentive is given by Honda to Honda dealers based on the dealer's volume of sales during the incentive period. The hope is that dealers will discount the price of the vehicle by the incentive amount, but that's up to the dealers. Currently there are no dealer incentives on the Pilot.
